Petralava Bianco, an Etna DOC, is the fruit of the Carricante and Catarratto vines. The grapes are harvested manually in the first ten days of October. Subsequently, they follow a process of cold maceration, gentle pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature.

Vurria Grillo is a Sicilian white wine with a fresh and fruity taste. Vinified in stainless steel, it expresses citrus aromas, tropical fruit and a pleasant freshness. On the palate, it is intense, with a fresh and savoury finish.

Rufulía Pet-Nat is a natural Sicilian sparkling wine, produced with an ancestral method from Catarratto grapes. The grapes, harvested by hand, ferment spontaneously in steel and then continue fermentation in the bottle for 9 months without any filtration, giving the wine a light effervescence. Bright cloudy yellow in colour, it offers a bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, tropical fruits and bread. On the palate, it is subtle, with pleasant acidity and complex notes of citrus, stone fruit and lingering savouriness.

On the palate it is structured but elegant, with good flavor and acidity. The citrus notes are evident and persistent.

Pommery's Brut Royal embodies the heart of the Maison's savoir-faire.
